  • Programs and Services Locations:
ROP classes occur on high school campuses, at the ROP campus site, 4659 Eastside Rd, Redding, and in community classroom (industry) sites. Students are bused to sites and some students drive to sites. Class times are somewhat flexible to allow for transportation issues.
Through training in the career area of their choice, ROP students learn communication, critical thinking, professionalism, and technical skills that prepare them to succeed in any career in which they eventually work.
  • Mission:
The Mission of the Shasta-Trinity ROP is to provide exemplary career education and workforce preparation that contribute to student academic and career success and to the economic development of California.
  • Philosophy:

Through courses offered by the Shasta-Trinity ROP, all ROP students shall have the opportunity to learn marketable skills in order to become gainfully employed.
  • Link to College
Most of the Shasta-Trinity ROP courses allow for students to earn Shasta College credit as well as high school credits upon successful course completion, creating a tremendous college "Jump start" opportunity.
